1. Shipping Coverage

We proudly deliver across Saudi Arabia 🇸🇦. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
Estimated Delivery Time:

Please note: Delivery times may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances like weather conditions or courier delays.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your shipment.

Our courier will make two attempts to deliver your package. If unsuccessful, the order will be returned, and additional shipping charges may apply.
Ensure your contact details and address are accurate to avoid delivery issues.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the package.
If your package is lost in transit, contact us immediately, and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.

You can request order modifications or cancellations within 12 hours of placing the order.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
